Does Informix CSDK Version 3.00.UC3DE mean "Developer Edition?" If so, what is the difference between "developer" and "non-developer" editions -- in both content and license terms?

Both products are fully functional with difference in support mechanism "developer" - As-is offering. "non-developer" - Support is available. You need to work with sales channel to purchase support.
