Problems with Online v6.00 on AIX 3.2.5

I'm having problems running Online Dynamic Server version 6.00 on an RS6000 320 running AIX 3.2.5. The error message for running anything that is dynamically linked to libtli.a is as follows (using dbaccess as an example): Could not load program dbaccess Symbol putmsg in /usr/lib/libtli.a is undefined Symbol getmsg in /usr/lib/libtli.a is undefined Could not load library libtli.a[shr.o] Error was: Exec format error libtli.a is part of AIX, so my guess is that things were built with some version of AIX at 3.2.5 with a patch or 2 applied. Anybody else encountered this? I installed on a fresh 3.2.5 system. Oslevel reports >3250 - libtli.a has not been modified since the orginal installation of AIX 3.2.5. A call to technical support revealed that there was a problem of this sort in AIX 3.2.4, but nothing new since. I doubt if it makes a difference, but the system is a /usr client.
