Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Is there a way to defeat 4gl's `Function has been called with a
different number of arguments' checking? I'd really like to write a C
function callable from 4gl which takes a variable number of arguments
but 4gl won't allow it, as far as I can tell. (Save the hack of calling
it with different numbers of args from different source files...) The
really annoying bit is that from the C side it's so trivial.
