Setnet/Date Question

I have a problem with accessing date columns from Informix using Powerbuilder 4.0. Any windows that select data return dates as 1/??/??. This gives me an error if I try to update them. The current workaround is to define the columns as datetime. This works correctly. I have been offered a clue that setnet should be run and the dbdate parameter set to nothing. However, my setnet doesn't offer me this choice. Does anybody's? If so could you post the setnet.exe date time stamp and size so I can try and get it. We are using Informix 6.00.UE1 on an HP 9000 E25. We have gotten the upgrade to Informix 7.1 (although it is not installed yet) and thought we'd get new program versions of setnet, ilogin, etc. We didn't.
