The storage manager library is available from various archive and
storage vendors as part of their products, such as Legato Networker.
Most of the popular UNIX backup vendors have bought into the POSIX API
that onbar uses so you can have your pick. Informix is planning a bare
bones storage manager of their own for onbar for 7.3 according to my
grapevine, but you need not wait until 1998.
