Manual rebuild of sysadmin

Using the link you provided here, I got the sysadmin database to rebuild but
Informix is trying to do it again *every night* and fails.
In fact, I restarted the service right after I got the rebuild to work.
Any ideas?
It writes this out (note that this .unl is an *empty file* ) ...
load from 'C:\\\\Informix\\\\etc\\\\sysextspaces.unl' insert into sysextspaces;275: The Insert privilege is required for this operation.
275: The Insert privilege is required for this operation.
Error in line 1Near character position 72
Database closed.
"The reload of sysmaster failed."
"See C:\\\\Informix\\\\etc\\\\buildsmi.out for more information."
"The reload of sysmaster after upgrade failed"
In the .out file it has...
389: No DBA permission.
Note that this is Windows 2008 R2 running IDS 11.70TC3IE.
Also, Informix is running as a Local Service . I have tried logging it in as
Informix but it makes no difference.

Hmm. You may have to rebuild sysadmin. sometimes it does not install
properly during an upgrade. Here's a link:

It looks like sysmaster isn't being built properly so the engine is trying
to rebuild it every time the system restarts the Informix service.
Sysadmin may be OK now, does the query work? As to getting the sysmaster
rebuild completed, I would open a case with IBM. On UNIX/Linux I would say
it was simple, but the problem may be Windows related and I don't know it
well enough.
