locking problems with temp tables

Does anybody know how a sqlerror=244 (couldn't a physical read) and isam=107 (lock table) can place while fetching a row of a temp table. Temp tables ar private and therefore i think i can not get any lock on this table. answers please to baumschlager@pfeiffer.co.at
