This could well be a bug in Online 7.11, there have been many fixes
since that version. The latest is either 7.23/7.24 depending upon
which platform you are on.
Most bugs tended to be when parallel queries are run or fragmented
tables/indicies are accessed.
I would upgrade to the latest version and try again.
