HyperScript datetime problem

Help: We've just loaded HyperScript Tools 1.0 on top of OnLine 5.00. and esql/c 5.00 all on HPUX 9.03 with interesting results. Executatbles built after Hyperscript was loaded no longer are displaying date and time correctly. It was traced to an undefined error from dttofmtasc. Is there something obvious we missed in the installation or do I need to trace this further? Thanks for the help Frank
