I doubt that you will find much more than a college hire at those rates. At least in this area (Boston, MA.) a person with the skills you mention would command in the $90K range. Even though Phoenix is a bit cheaper to live, I couldn't imagine a qualfied person (full time, permanent hire) for less that $75-80K. -Bill Boyle
