Informix Tutorial recommendation needed

We just got Informix and I am lost as to how to use it. I have found the books that came with it confusing. Are there any good books on Informix out there for begiinners? I heard that 'Informix SQL: a Tutorial and Reference' by Tony Lacey-Thompson was good but it is out of print. If anyone knows how I can get ahold of a copy of this let me know. BTW, contrary to my e-mail address, I do not live in Champaign, so the UofI library is out of the question. I live in Las Cruces, and the NMSU library does not have any books on Informix.
