FW: Informix 4gl question

} Let me start with a background. } Scenario : I've a form called xyz.per generated on table xyz. } I run this form using sperform. press 'Query' and 'Escape'. } - To my horror I realize, it's going to retrieve 100000 rows. So } I decide to press Ctrl-C and smartly enough the query aborts and it } has } come up with 500 rows. } Okay My question, can the above scene/job be simulated in a 4gl } front-end, i.e. thru 4gl screen If I press Ctrl-C, the program } should } interrupt the query and retrieve the part of the data set. } My email id kirpanrm@maritz.com } } } Have A Good Day } Ravindra } 314-827-2027 } }
