Need a Recommendation for SQL Training

All, I was just asked to provide a recommendation for sql training. I am always a proponent of going straight to the source but I also know that there are some pretty good courses that are outside of that scope. (Advanced Data Tools being an excellent example). What I have is a programmer type already familiar with sql. What we want is a "go-to" programmer in the dev side of the house for their issues. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanx, Dan
