New Era, Inet, SE for Windows Problems

I am posting this for a colleague of mine who is having some trouble with New Era.Here is the environment: All products are running on a 486/PC with 16 MB RAM under WfW 3.11 New Era 2.00.WC1 Inet 5.01.WE1 SE for Windows 6.00.WE3 and here are the problems: He reports that a) when he tries to compile the application in p-code he gets on 70% of his efforts the error -4305 (The database name cannot be found or opened) b) when he runs the new era application on 20% he gets error -457 together with New Era error -50073.This is mostly the case when a retrieve() to a table associated with SuperTable happens. c) when he starts the application he sometimes gets the -932 error. If anyone, specially a New Era expert, has any info or ideas about this problems please post it to me.
