Someone on one of the training courses I was on complained because the trainer was playing Solitaire in the middle of the training course. He was fired within out 2 hours of the complain being made to our trainer. The complaint was made to the Informix Ashford trainer at 10am and when we came back from lunch it was confirmed that the Solitaire-playing trainer was no longer working and had been fired!
