In explorer do the following: Click on View Click on Options Click on File Types Choose sql from Registered file types Click on Edit Choose Open on the Action Click Edit Place cursor on the "Application used to perform action" Click on Browse Then follow up to choose the program with which you wish to edit. High light and Click Open Click OK Click Close Click Close That should work.
