Should have at least four years of Full Life Cycle development experience. Must be proficient in Oracle Developer 2000 (Forms 4.5 a must) or CDE Tools with at least 5 years experience in either Networking, Applications Development, or CASE method/tools or RDBMS. Must be proficient in one or more multi-tasking operating systems (UNIX, VMS) on different hardware platforms with a strong working knowledge of networks, open systems, and distribited database architectures. Should be able to assist or lead in the preparation of project work plans and able to assume technical leadership or manage complex project tasks. Should have at least 2 years experience in preparing functional and system specifications, and functional system, acceptance and usability test plans.
