IDS 11.10.FC2 crash

We have just upgraded (a week ago) from IDS 10.xx to IDS 11.10.FC2 on HPUX 11.11. The databas has crashed (assert failure) three times during this week due to running out of shared memory. The engine added 10-12 new segments before it ran out. We never had this problem in prior versions (7x, 9x, 10x). My question is: Have any of you had or seen a problem similar to this? We have opened a case with IBM and are waiting for them to come back with an answer.

If VP_MEMORY_CACHE_KB doesn't help monitor memory usage with
onstat -g seg (Segments)
onstat -g mem (Memory Pools)If you see huge Pools you can investigate further with
onstat -g afr <pool> OR onstat -g ufr <pool>
Have you changed/added the onconfig parameter FASTPOLL 1 (TCP/IP connection
configuration)? We had some issues with FASTPOLL and the net-pool (on HPUX
11.31).
