Informix driver

Hi all, I need some help despaerately . We have installed an Informix driver on a UNIX box, but we can't figure out where to place the .ini file (the initialization file from where the datasourse info is taken). Do you know where (in which path) this file should live? Any help would be appreciated Pushan
