WARNING - IDS 7.3 (Others ?) with JDBC crash

Hi, I thought I would warn everyone about a problem with using JDBC (in my case v 1.5) with IDS (7.30 UC9) which caused our IDS to crash with an Assertion Failure due to an Unhandled Exception when processing an UPDATE statement. We finally determined that the problem was that the table had a DECIMAL attribute where the precision/scale had not been set. The problem is now in the hands of Informix Support.
