IDS 7.31.UD9 on Solaris 10

Hi Guys, one of our customers recently migrate from IDS 7.31.UD6 to 7.31.UD9 and they also upgrade their OS from Solaris 8 to Solaris 10. Since the migration, the customer experience some strange behavior of the system. It suddenly hangs during 3 to 5 minutes. During this time all users are blocked and the system get froozen. It happens many times a day Did someone know any defects regarding IDS 7.31.UD9 or Solaris 10 that may cause the system to freeze? Thanks

Was this done as an in-place upgrade or a new installation? Were any onconfig parameters amended? What does th on-line log show? So many questions, so little information !
