Finally I have gotten around to downloading the Informix Dynamic Server Personal Edition for Windows 95. Try as I might I am continually encountering -908 errors during the initial build of the sysmaster database. I have tried commenting out the 127.0.0.1 DEFAULT entry in the hosts file to no avail. Can anybody out there offer a ray of hope ? TIA Regards Glyn Balmer I.T. Consultant BICC Cables Limited Erith Kent UK
