Anyone doing On-Archive b/u of 100Gb+ Db's?

I am getting ready to implement On-archive for a 100Gb database. I have read the manual several times and have attended the class, but as of yet do not have any practical experience. Does anyone who has been using it have any suggestions for me? Also, have you heard of the product call NPArchive from NPI that is supposed to make it work w/ jukeboxes?
