RE: Backup & Restore Granularity

Hi Troy! I am confused! I agree OnBar is powerfull and flexible, and Is better than OnArchive, = but, The only dbobjects that can be on the bar_object table are: obj_type char(02) "B" Blobspace "CD" Critical Dbspace "L" Logical Log "ND" Noncritical Dbspace So, I do not see any Table Object !, May be you made a Mistake!,=20 Would you please check it?, Unless you were thinking about putting a Table in One Dbspace and then making a backup of that dbspace, If that was your point, Then you should not say that Onbar makes=20 backup and restore of any level of granularity. It is easy to set up so that you can backup a single table or a group of tables as one logical unit You can also recover to a point in time or to a specific log. This utility provides great flexibilty and performance.
