load into this table the following file

Load files have a | AFTER EACH FIELD. The first field is loaded with
'1' and the second becomes NULL!!.
I think '' becomes ' '.
(' ' CLIPPED = '' and since 4gl variables have trailing spaces unless
clipped you can't tell the difference in 4gl!!).
