If we end up developing in NewEra then I guess I'll start one, but at the moment that looks highly unlikely in the short term. As Nils Myklehurst said in an earlier posting NewEra 1.0/1.1 isn't that slick an environment, and 2.0 didn't look to be a huge leap forward when I last saw it. When 3.0 lands mid-96ish we'll take another look - it sounds like it'll be quite nice, but we need to get something nice and GUI done NOW.
