Hi !! I have a Informix IConnect in the Linux machine and I need to know if exists some kind of product that I can test my connection with SQL Server machine (some thing like ILogin Demo in Client SDK in Windows plataform) ? You can get the dbping utility in my package utils_ak or Jonathan Leffler's sqlcmd utility from the IIUG Software Repository (or actually any of the various packages that require a DB connection including but not limited to my utils2_ak package) and use that to test the connection.
