-461 Error

I've recently experienced a 'Can not open file' error from INFORMIX-Online, V.5.01 on a newly installed Sparc 10 running SunOS 4.13 -- At first, I though it must be a permission problem, but I can't find a permission problem. Any one have any ideas?
