Hello world, I think, I got Online/Turbo tape archive problem. as you know, Informix Online/Turbo request same environment when restore archive tape. So, I used row device /dev/xd15b for DBSPACE, and /dev/xd15b has been losted. I have archive tape and other disk space, but I can not restore it. Actually, important database has backuped by dbexport. So I have not serious problem, but I get questions about tape archive. Is there any way restore tape archive to different environment? If no, What for use tape archive? Welcome to any information, Thanks. /* and I will try make read archive tape program */ Takeshi Hojo (take-h@ascii.co.jp)
