Informix 5 does support triggers! What version exactly are you using and what is your operating. Systems? There is a seperate book for triggers for Version 5.01 called "Using Triggers". The one I have is dated 10/92 and is Part No. 000-7230. Call you local Informix Rep/Tech and get the documentation. Cheryl L.
