Suicidal - or what?

I have spent today going through an IBM Informix distance learning course on IDS 11 as I was instructed onlt this morning that this is a pre-requisite for some IBM Informix IDS 11.5 training that I am doing on Thursday. It left me feeling decidedly suicidal. I am sure there must be better training material out there. I was particularly concerned at the 0.5 hour module on Administration mode. And where did they get the experts from? If any of you are tempted to undergo this distance learning course I suggest that you give yourself enough time to complete the course at one module a day for two weeks. No rational computer specialist can ever subject themselves to such an exercise in boredom. But that's just my opinion. Regards Malcolm
