Informix and Clustering

At our company we are planning to implement a central database-server for the whole company (about 300 concurrent users and rising fast). High-availability is a big issue. Therefore we are looking for ways to implement clustering. Wat we would like to have, is a system that gives us proven fail-over and dynamic resource-allocation techniques. Does anyone out there have any knowledge of this subject when Informix is the RDBMS in question? I am interested in Unix as well as NT.
