Hello, are there any known problems with this configuration ? Everytime I try to execute esqldemo7 I get the error message 25507: You specified an unknown service name or protocol. Tell your database administrator to examine teh sqlhosts file entry .... . . My configuration is the same as with the working installation ESQL/C 7.22 UC1 under AIX 4.2 connecting to Informix Online 5.03 under AIX 3.2. regards, Edmund -- Edmund Wehling E-mail: Edmund.Wehling@FernUni-Hagen.de FernUniversitaet - Gesamthochschule Universitaetsrechenzentrum D - 58084 Hagen
