4gl/C interface

To call 4gl functions from C, is it required to 1. call the function fgl_end() after every function fgl_call function? 2. call the fgl_end in every source C file ? 3. call the fgl_end once in the souce C file which contains fgl_start function? 4. call the fgl_end at the end of the application ? Thanx
