Jonathan and other IBM employees are taking their time to spend in c.d.i and they have full right to form their own rules on whom to reply. To take this as a sign of arrogance is height of stupidity. I have lost track of the number of times I have got an erudite answer for Informix problems in this forum by the same 'arrogant' folks and I will certainly try my best to respect their rules.
