Need the experts , Informix freeze or down

Hi gurus, I need urgent help ,informix freeze for some reason and no command can be run except onstat command. I cannot stop the service and restart ,don't see any locks (onstat -u). The CPU is free also the memory. Users cannot connect to informix and connected users cannot work. I really don't know where to start checking. Database is small 1.5 GB number of users 70 . The server is w2k server, 2 CPU , 3 GB informix 7.31 TD1. I need way to check what is the problem or any suggestions . Thanks Shay

Is w2k supported for 7.31?
