Of course.

You have more than one CPU?
This total in your case is for all 7 CPU VPs. I would hope that you
actually have at least 7 CPUs. In that case you can have 7 processes
running simultaneously. In which case, 133.23 out of 60 means your CPU
VPs are not working the box too hard.
The list below the totals gives you the individual cpu time per CPU VP.
