Continuation character?

I want to execute a stored procedure like this:
execute procedure sp_table_script( 'ULOrder', 'upload_cursor','SELECT order_id, cust_id, prod_id, emp_id, disc, quant, notes, status
FROM ULOrder
WHERE order_id = ?' );
In this case for formatting reasons, I would like to extend the 3rd
parameter (which is a string) over multiple lines. SQL Editor does not like
this and gives me a syntax error near SELECT.
If I remove the carriage returns, everything works fine.
Is there some sort of continuation marker I can use, Oracle uses a dash, so
this works:
execute procedure sp_table_script( 'ULOrder', 'upload_cursor','SELECT order_id, cust_id, prod_id, emp_id, disc, quant, notes, status -
FROM
-
WHERE order_id = ?' );
TIA

In most versions of Informix, there is no such continuation character.
I'm not certain of the latest versions (CSDK 2.40, IDS.2000 or Foundation.2000).
Some work is being done in this area, I believe, but I don't know when it was,
or will be, released.
