They are the only person who can add other users. Even if they are some schmuck who knows nothing about nothing (sorry Brett). If this person is put on because 4 years ago you signed up for a CRM package that runs under DB2 that is supported by onother company so any name will do, you are lumbered with that. :-) This is only relevant to online PA support. Phoning technical support can be done by anyone as far as I am aware. One of the reasons it took us 6 weeks to get our 9.4 media. I did get added after 4 weeks of pestering so I am not so bitter now.
