Universal Server Installation (NT)

We are trying to install IDS with Universal Server option Version
9.14.TC1 on NT 4.0.
The installation procedure (using all the default settings) gets stuck
in the last step when initializing the DB server and the root dbspace.
It sits there with the message box "Your INFORMIX Universal Server is
being initialized..." and nothing is happening, eg. no disk access, no
cpu usage (I waited about 30 minutes before pressing the cancel button).
A second try doing an explicit initialisation by uisng the -iy option at
service start-up failed, too. There is no error message but the status
(in the header line of onstat) is always "initializing".
The Log file has the following content:
15:19:50 Booting Language <c> from module <>
15:19:50 Loading Module <CNULL>
15:19:50 Booting Language <builtin> from module <>
15:19:50 Loading Module <BUILTINNULL>
15:19:54 DR: DRAUTO is 0 (Off)
Any idea anybody? Thanks for your help
Has this issue been answered? I've been experiencing the same problem.
Our current machine configuration is:
NT 4.0
128 MB memory
Service Pak 4
Thanks,
KL

Service Pack 4 is the problem.
Try NT 4.0 Service Pack 3, and it will initialize...
