Being from Hong Kong, I can tell you for a fact that the salary is not absurd. $10-15 thousand a month translates to US$1,300 to $1,800 per month. Not exactly up to par with the $50+ that developers charge. Reading this thread reminds me about how ignorant some people are to the world around them. They the world is the area of 20 square miles around them.
