create table error 008211

Hope someone can help me, I'm trying to create a SQL table on UniVerse and I'm getting the error message >> Message[008211]<< Can someone tell me what is this. I get that even on simple table: CREATE TABLE ACCOUNT DATA /files/sql DICT /files/sql ( ACCOUNT_ID VARCHAR(10) NOT NULL PRIMARY KEY ); thanks
