Troubleshooting performance problem

Hi everybody 1) Does Informix-Online Ver 5.11.HC1 supports multi-threading ? 2) With the above version which has limited tools/utility, how can I go about to troubleshoot slow respond from SELECT command ? This Informix is running under HP-UX 11. 3) What does the output below tells us ? Why there are so many of sharers waiting for 1 piece of buffer ? Where went wrong ? Thank you.
