You might want to check for a tbtape process running around in the
background somewhere. There are only 2 ways logs get freed....
1) Back them up and when no open transactions exist in that log it gets freed
2) Setting your LTAPEDEV to /dev/null causes online to automatically mark
them as backed up when a log change occurs.
So you must meet one of the above criteria.
