To find a duplicate key Create the index as a regular non-unique index, then select the intented unique key, but group all of the fields of the unique key and select only those having count(*) > 1 this will print all of the duplicate keys ---------- From: ilist To: informix-list Subject: Duplicat keys Date: Monday, October 24, 1994 9:12AM I have a problem: While creating a "unique key index" on a file of about 190k records I have incurred a duplicate record.
