SPARC20-61 or SPARC20-612MP ??

I'm currently evaluating Informix ONLINE V5.02c on a SPARC2 running SunOS4.1.3_U1. We're not positive about Informix yet, but in anticipation of some UNIX database RDMS, we're getting ready to buy a SPARCStation or SPARCServer. I expect that by the time we order Informix, or maybe in the near future after beginning to use it in production, we would want to upgrade to ONLINE V6. Assuming we're Running Solaris 2.3 RII by then, would there be much benefit with ONLINE having a 2nd CPU?? Anyone running ONLINE on a 502MP, 612MP ??
