Any experience with Grafsman especially with Informix

We are considering the purchase of Grafsman to produce charts and graphs from Informix databases and would like to hear from those with experience both good and bad. Currently we are attempting to develop using: SunOs Motif Informix Wingz We are finding Wingz to be limited in the Motif environment without having to invole the poor user ie: would like it to do its magic without user intervention. Grafsman and Tactician by Soft-tek International looks like it might be the ticket.?! Please e-mail and I will summarize back to the list. Thanks.....
