How to interpret the encdat column of sydistrib table

Any help on how to interpret the column encdat of sysdistrib catalog table in greatly appreciated. Following is the result of a query to sysdistrib table. I don't anyone has decoded that column yet. You are aware that you can
format and report on its contents using dbschema -hd <tablename>. This
encoding is the main reason that myschema.ec does not implement -hd.
