Re: one-line menu

How about writing your own Informix -like horizontal menu that displays the options and respond to single character responses. It would be difficult to fake the reverse video and arrow movement or to have more options than the width of the screen would hold and you wouldn't have a descriptive comment for each option, but you would have one line and complete borders. You would need to package it in a while loop or some construct that we were all liberated from with the simplicity of the vanilla Informix menu.
