I presume you are asking about Informix-4GL? The short answer is no. The long answer rambles on for ages with various suggestions for hacks that almost work but ends up with the same answer. On the other hand, Dynamic 4GL has facilities to control the cursor position within a field and to control the current screen and program lines.
